INCENTIVE CAMPAIGNS

25 meetings. Personalization did what the gift cards used to.

This agency needed to keep converting without leaning as hard on paid incentives, and at a lower cost per send than their old platform. Pristine delivered both.

1,200 mailboxes

Sending infrastructure provisioned with backup capacity built in

25 meetings attended

A downstream count, a fraction of the total interested replies the campaign generated

Situation

This agency came to Pristine already running outreach at real scale through a prior sending platform, static, one-size-fits-all emails, at a cost the agency described as roughly twice what they pay for the same volume today. They needed to raise conversion rates and bring the cost of sending down, not trade one for the other.

What Pristine did

Pristine sourced a large volume of contacts without dropping quality to get there, and stood up the sending infrastructure the volume required, 1,200 mailboxes, with extra capacity provisioned in advance specifically so sending never stalled if part of that infrastructure needed to come offline. Working directly with the agency's sales and marketing teams, Pristine built a mix of incentive-driven campaign tactics: monetary offers ($50 or $100 gift cards) and non-monetary offers (a brand visibility audit, a pipeline leak audit, a paid-presence review, and similar), with the non-monetary offer varying by the recipient's role and industry, and changing again at different stages of the sequence rather than staying static.

Result

Monetary offers converted better on their own, as they usually do, but personalization did real work closing that gap without paying for every send. Messages built from recent signals and news about the buyer's company, paired with a non-monetary offer matched to that specific persona and industry, let the agency rely on paid incentives less often while still working the account. The campaign produced 25 attended meetings, a downstream number, a fraction of the total interested replies it generated upstream.

The same personalization discipline runs here as on Pristine's smallest accounts. The number is stated plainly, not compressed into a rate, because what it means depends on the fuller context of the account, not a single percentage.
